The Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, in collaboration with West Health and Northwestern Medicine, launched the Northwestern Medicine West Health Accelerator to integrate mental health care into primary care settings. Backed by a $1.9 million grant from West Health, the initiative will implement the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), improving access to early mental health treatment for over 350,000 Northwestern Medicine patients. “This proven approach ensures individuals receive treatment early and achieve better outcomes,” said Andy Keller, president and CEO of the Meadows Institute.
