First Line Supervision Series – TCOLE 3737

These courses meets the updated requirements & standards set forth by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Instructor resource guide.

The First Line Supervision Series is a comprehensive 5-day training program designed for Sergeants and Non-Sworn Supervisors in city, state, and county law enforcement agencies. This 40 hour course focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness through an innovative curriculum that covers emotional intelligence, leadership development, and strategies for addressing the unique challenges in modern law enforcement. Participants will gain actionable insights and tools to excel in their roles while fostering a positive impact on their teams and communities. Successful completion of the program qualifies attendees for 40 hours of TCOLE credit.
